ABOUT US
Thomas and Naaz provide world class health care to the local community. Our company is one of the largest privately owned medical centre operators in the northwest suburbs of Sydney. Thomas and Naaz owns and operates 2 medical centres, Windsor Family Practice and The Ponds Family Medical Practice, in Sydney where we continue to lead by example. Our male and female doctors have experience in all aspects of general medicine.

The Visionary
Dr Thomas began clinical practice in 2000, concurrently setting up 4 medical practices while being an examiner for the The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He became a fellow of the RACGP by examination, and ceased clinical practice in 2015 to set up a research and development company called Meksi. He was granted an Australian Innovation Patent for his work in designing the Meksi standardized chatbot which simulates clinical consultations​. The chatbot further aims to assess doctors in their data gathering skills, data interpretation skills and safe practice, with the goal of ultimately ensuring they are capable of independent practice in order to reduce referrals to an already burdened hospital system.

His company was awarded ESIC status in 2017 by virtue of being invested in by a venture capitalist firm called Artesian capital (fund of funds), and by being competitively selected into an accelerator program conducted by Slingshotters and HCF. Meksi has gone on to provided cases for Reckitt Benckiser, and has announced future projects with E-Health media and Healthcare Link. Meksi was further awarded considerable support from the Australian Government in the form of Research and Development rebates. The company, headed by Dr Thomas, now looks towards the future, with the goal of providing standardized, affordable education on a global scale.

Meksi functions as a digital publisher with contributions from globally renowned medical practitioners, while concurrently assessing students in preparation for medical exams. The sophisticated AI system performs this dual function with the goal of ultimately improving digital education and hence ensuring higher standards of medical practice.​​​​
